Thanks to all who attended, it was our best turn out yet! If anyone is interested I've sort of compiled a summary of the event, you can read it below:- (its also in the forum)

Thanks to all those who attended and thanks to all the comments, we hope we get a few more as well.
It was a great turnout, our best yet, and its promising when that happens as it means al you dudes are spreading the word which is fantastic! :)
There was more gaming this time than last it appeared which is what we wanted. The games list/timings is always difficult to stick to, and we did appear to have a good number of problems with patches this event, BF1942 and DoW being the real headaches.
The games/event list will be sent out earlier next time and it will be requested that all attendess try as much as possible to get to the patch level that we publish on the site. Hopefully that will mean the serious gaming can start earlier.
I thought that generally it flowed as we thought, we had to skip a few events becaues of the issues with the first 2. I think it does help to have some timing struture to the event, and we wouldn't drop it entirely, maybe we will take a few events out for #6 and only stick with 2 or maybe 3 tournaments.
Again tournaments are a headache to organise due to numbers not always adding up and we went with 3v3 on CS as we know its worked at other events before on the smaller maps. I appreciate the comments about CS Ben, and probably due to the fact we don't play it, that those traits are unknown to us. However we did try and swap the teams around so it wasn't biased and I think that the de_dust map doesn't really push favour either teams way. But if we are to do another CS tourny at the next event we'll come to you and SandMan for advice on setting it up.
Virus Storm were very brave and challenged the zombies to a Dawn Of War match, the first game of which they trounced us in under 20 minutes!!! But that knocked the zombies for six and we started playing as a team, and slaughted them the next two games, making zombies the winners. Good game though virusstorm. Try again next time?
The usual Crew v everyone else in Call of Duty saw our pride take a bit of a bashing :) but I think 6 v 16 is starting to get a little unfair :) We managed to hold our own but was at best 20 kills behind.
Johny007 won the trackball challenge after a tough battle with Xelnagga666 who must have worn himself out winning the AOL discus throwing contest with a whopping 43.5 metres distance. Impressive, most impressive, although not quite as good as ..cough..cough.. zombieFrog's (me :) ) 46 metre monster throw! Sorry Hellhound I dethroned you! Although I'm not sure you were performing as well seeing as Whisker tried to embed an AOL into your skull! I still haven't seen the video, but the chances of that :) :)
FlashBang took the CoD DM prize for an insane amount of frags in the last game of the event.
The food seemed to go down well, and it was a nice change from the chilli, maybe the chilli will be back for next time.
There were a few 'sleep' incidents, tut..tut, some of which were punshed mind you. Feral hadn't learnt from the last buckaroo situtation, we hope the pen washes off :) Daemon suffered a similar fate! Mr Kimbie thought his world was rocking but realised that it was a handful of zombies bouncing his car, you can't escape :)
Thanks again to Whisker for his help, loan of his laptop and the tasty beverages. Enjoy your trophy chap, just remember to bring it back!
Well I guess you could call this the de-brief, so my work here is done.
PS. zombie[LAN]#6 "The son of SlackFrog" will be held on the 6th August 2005! Registration will be available as soon as I've made a few adjustments.
Thanks again,
zombieFrog
